  • 8 oz (about 225g) pasta (your choice)
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz (about 225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
